COOLING TROUGH & DUAL WHEEL CAPSTAN

Three sections cooling trough(movable trough +single trough +double layer trough with multi- pass U turn wheels).water spray nozzle cooling, water sliding beds and top covers to be fitted for wire smoothly pass over at high speed. Dual capstan with free rotating U turn wheels + multi-grooves driven capstan wheel connected at both end of double layer cooling trough. Complete with high pressure wire drying air wiper. For fine wire high speed extrusion, a S turn centrifugal force type water wiper wheel at outlet box to be fitted for wire drying.
