Drum twist line for assembling up to 4 insulated conductors, round, straight or prespiraled sector.
This line is also available for armouring/screening with galvanized steel wire or copper wires by adding one main rotating pay off, armouring head device and the
corresponding guiding system. This application requires the wire pay offs supplied from coils or bobbins.
The line can be used for cabling up to 6 bare sector conductors to manufacture Milliken ultra high voltage cables.
The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, twist direction, automatic tension compensation control and for speed
synchronization with the rotating caterpillar and take up unit.
