Silicone Oil Spraying Unit & Oil Cleaning Unit

SSU 2.0 replaces traditional powder systems in wire and cable extrusion. Using precision nozzles, it atomizes silicone oil into a fine mist to evenly coat cables and penetrate gaps, ensuring reliable release. Its compact design reduces footprint while eliminating dust contamination for a cleaner production environment.
Precision Peristaltic Pump Metering
- 1. Stable dosing output
- Micro-stepping control combined with continuous peristaltic compression delivers stable fluid pressure, ensuring consistent coating quality.
- 2. Wide flow control range
- Total spraying volume: 0.8 – 80 c.c./min (Single nozzle: 0.2 – 20 c.c./min) Even for small wire diameters or low line speeds, precise micro-dosing is achievable without dripping.
Intelligent Operation
- 1. Line Speed Synchronization
- By connecting a signal line to the production line (24V encoder or 0-10V/5-20mA analog), SSU 2.0 automatically synchronizes its start/stop and output volume with real-time line speeds. This maintains a constant application rate per meter and prevents overor under-spraying during speed transitions.
- 2. Constant Coating Quality
- The built-in fluid calculation model automatically adjusts the drive air pressure to maintain optimal atomization across acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state phases, ensuring uniform droplet distribution.
Four-Channel Independent Monitoring & Smart Maintenance
- 1. Active Anomaly Detection
- Pressure Trend Monitoring analyzes gradual pressure increases to identify early-stage micro-blockage. It alerts the operator via warning lights before a full blockage occurs. Simultaneously, the system fine-tunes the remaining nozzles to adaptively increase their output, ensuring uninterrupted production.
- 2. Maintenance Modes
- Low-pressure anti-backflow mode (0.4 bar) prevents contaminants from entering the oil circuit during surface cleaning.
- High-pressure pulse flushing mode (1.5 bar) uses full-flow oil output to remove internal pipeline deposits.
- 3. Consumables Life-cycle Management
- The system tracks the cumulative usage of peristaltic tubing and provides early warnings based on the planned lifespan, allowing for scheduled replacements. The pump also features a quick-release mechanism for effortless tubing changes.

OCU-3 – Oil Cleaning Unit
OCU-3 combines multi-stage high-precision filtration with intelligent automation to deliver oil cleanliness beyond new oil standards. By removing contaminants down to 0.1 µm and achieving NAS 6–9 cleanliness, it effectively eliminates the root cause of nozzle clogging and ensures stable system operation. With automated volume control, safety monitoring, and high mobility, OCU-3 enables efficient, low-maintenance oil reuse across multiple production lines.
