AOI in Wire & Cable industries

Over the course of the past 2 years, Pioneer has been developing our own Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system for cable printers and length marking machines. The lack of an AOI system, forces us to visually inspect the outcome of these two machines.

The introduction of an AOI system can bring a huge positive impact to your production line since this system not only solves the problem of either visual inspection or using a stroboscope but also improves the inspection quality and efficiency.
