Auto-Coiling Machine
- Auto-coling machines specially designed for the coiling and wrapping of insulated or bare conductors.
- The coiling machine can work offline by using a driven payoff and an accumulator or alternatively it can work in tandem with extrusion lines.
- Our coiling machines can be customized with toroidal wrapping, side wrapping, strapping and label applicator.
- Aditionally we have several offline independent machines for toroidal wrapping or sealing+shrinking, as well as palletizing solutions (semiautomatic or fully automatic by using arm robot).
- PLC+HMI line control for product parameters adjustments, coil height adjustment and recipe management.
