The high speed printer series PRT-SH500/1000 was specially designed for ultra high speed wire insulating process. Precision servomotor driven system is introduced in order to eliminate the failure caused by speed difference between wire and printing wheel. In the meantime the link feeding system was redesigned to dos proper amount onto the printing wheel precisely.

To print on wires when running at high speed, the printing wheel have to be driven by servomotor and synchronize with line speed precisely, also the ink pump should pump the ink proportionally in order to keep the printing quality in constant.
