For instance, we use ceramic heaters with twice the heating capacity and have implemented mutual online hot backup on the water supply pumps. In addition, we have introduced the DLR protocol at the control end, all of which greatly enhance the fault tolerance of the production line. When unexpected faults occur, Pioneer CCV Line has a higher fault tolerance and can continue to complete the current production tasks. We schedule fault elimination operations during the gap time after the order is completed. This ensures smooth production and avoids production interruptions due to fault elimination.
