In the event of detected flaws being ignored, a tricolored light promptly alerts operators. This allows operators to take quick action to address the issue, thereby minimizing material waste

2. Auto Flaws Detection
PrintCheck uses advanced image processing technology to detect and highlight any flaws in the captured images. This enables staff to efficiently determine whether the printing quality meets the required standards, with a score provided for further analysis.

3. Production Info Database
PrintCheck includes a local database that meticulously records defects. Relevant staff can easily access product information, ensuring that any defective parts are promptly removed from the finished products.

4. High-speed Camera
Instead of relying on human eyes, PrintCheck employs a high-speed camera to capture prints on moving cables. These captured images are then displayed on a touchscreen, allowing quality control personnel to directly evaluate the print results on the screen.

Automatic Optical Inspection

PrintCheck displays the printing results in a dedicated window, allowing operators to visually assess the quality of the prints.

During setup, operators have the flexibility to either load a previously used sample or create a new one by simply clicking the plus icon.

The provided score indicates the difference between the current prints and the selected sample. Operators can adjust the printer settings until the score approaches 100.

This window displays the captured image. Moreover, it highlights the position of the flaws.

PrintCheck automatically logs critical information such as the score, timestamp, and images as events whenever a score falls below the acceptable threshold. Simply click the image icon to view flaw images in full size.

According to the trends of the scores and events, operators can predict the causes of the flaws more precisely.
