Basket Down Coiler for Copper and Aluminum
- Vertical static down coiler machine for copper or aluminum wires specially designed for the continuous spooling process on wire drawing lines.
- Equipped with a motorized underground 1+1+1 conveyor (1 standby position at inlet and outlet) in order to load/unload the baskets to/from the working position.
- Optionally with conveyor 2+1+2 for an additional standby position at inlet and outlet. This option also includes a motorized vibrating system at the working position to help accommodate the spires against each other thus optimizing the basket capacity.
