Double Twist Stranding Machine(SB200 , CM90-CM100)
- Heavy duty double twist stranding machine specially designed for the stranding and compacting of 19-37-61 wires in “unilay” as well as for laying up 2/3/4 cores of insulated conductors.
- Equipped with an external pulling capstan for the stranding of 37-61 wires.
- Carbon fiber bows with exchangeable sliding steel band allowing high rotating speeds with heavy loads.
- Underground hydraulic lifter platform allowing an easy loading/unloading operation.
- HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, twist direction and speed synchronization.
