Stability Beyond Mechanics — A Power Safety Architecture


The system integrates a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with an Energy Recycling System.In the event of unexpected power loss, the rotational inertia of the stranding cage is converted into DC power to supply the entire line, enabling synchronized deceleration and stopping, and preventing low-inertia machines from stopping prematurely and causing desynchronization.
