Rigid Stranding Machine with Front Auto Loading

- Rigid type stranding machine working without back twist movement. Each cage is equipped with a multi-bobbin autoloading carrier. There are two types (front-side loading and 45-degree underground loading)of loading cars to choose from.
- This machine series is designed to work with round, straight sector or prespiral sector cables of 19/37/61/91 copper and aluminum conductors as well as for armouring insulated cables with galvanized steel wires.
- Wire tension control is done by pneumatic side brakes by default. For ultra-high speed or precision control application alternative solutions are provided such as active servomotor for absolute constant tension control.
- By default each rotating cage is driven individually by a inductive servo motor. Laying pitch is controlled precisely by synchronizing all inductive servo motor with a fix rate calculated by main computer. Single motor driven type is also available by option order.
- The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, twist direction, automatic tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the pulling capstan and the take up unit.
- Nowaday, with the advancement of technology, Pioneer successfully upgraded our tension design to a precision servo control system and its supreme performance surpassed all the conventional tensioner systems. With the use of up-to-date electric technology, the precision servo technology has been successfully applied to produce high end cable such as extra high voltage cable, cable screening, control cable, composite cable, and copper and aluminum conductor cable.
