Program Content
You can be anyone you want in Pioneer Machinery.
Pioneer Machinery successfully started during the year
2013 its first International Internship Program. The most
interesting thing is that we don't limit students to just
some departments.
We believe that students from
different departments can bring us more innovative ideas.
With hundreds of customers all over the world, Pioneer
Machinery fully understands how important it is to know
and comprehend each one of their customer's needs, which
means knowing not only a knowledge of their language but
also a knowledge of their culture and uniqueness. And
also,
we provide a multicultural and friendly

In the context of the opportunities provided by the
Industry 4.0, Pioneer Machinery wishes to strength
its R&D department by recruiting recent
graduates willing to start a career in the fields of:
Industry 4.0 / IoT / Factory Automation / Smart

We are looking to develop a new generation of talented, ambitious and highly motivated automation engineers willing to work with us in our offices in Taipei and Barcelona. Within the internship program you will learn to understand the key concepts of Factory Integration through IoT / Industry 4.0 and be able to use them in our customer projects.
The ideal candidate

BS Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic
Engineering, Electrical Engineering
or Computer Science with focus on automation or equivalent. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in international team environment.
- Organizational and problem solving.

- Fluent in Spanish and English is a must, (Mandarin would be an advantage but not required).

Job description
▪ To assist handling of inquiries for equipment and solutions according customer requirements
▪ To manage relation with customers and
to be the main communication channel between
customers and technical departments.
▪ To collect and analyse relevant information from customers and their equipment.
▪ Preparation of reports, budget and market information for management purposes.
▪ To provide customer support and service follow-up.
▪ Create technical specification files and collaborate in the creation operation manuals.
▪ Eventual travel to customers and exhibitions might be required.
Skills requirements:
▪ English: can understand and speak fluently, can have fluent conversation with team members
and customers, can hold fluent written communication.
▪ A second language such as Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese will be a plus.
▪ Ideal candidate will have an educational technical engineering background .
